Pulmonx is focused on developing and marketing minimally-invasive medical devices and technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of lung disorders.
Currently, our products focus on the treatment of the over expansion (hyperinflation) of the lungs which is caused by emphysema. The goal is to reduce the hyperinflation that makes people with emphysema feel out of breath and restricts their activities and quality of life. Reducing lung volume can make patients feel better, breathe easier, and potentially even help them resume some of their normal life activities.1,2,3
